RETURN POLICY

Any item purchased from BOHEMIAM JUNGLE through our website can be returned within a maximum period of 14 days from receipt.

The procedure is as follows:

. Pack the package as best as possible

. Enter the returns form that you can download Here( essential, no refund will be accepted without such form )

. Send the package to BOHEMIAM offices, the package should contain the following data:

. Send an email to devolucionesbohemiam@gmail.com sending proof of mail, order number and first and last name. It is recommended to send by registered mail to prevent the loss of the package.

Within 15 days of receiving the package at Bohemiam Jungle Offices, we will send you a voucher with the amount of your return, the cash will not be refunded, a voucher will be made without expiration, to place a new order.

Items must be returned under the same conditions in which they were received, including their original packaging. No change will be made if the item has been used beyond the mere opening of the item or if it has suffered any damage.

If you want us to send you email label the return cost for the label will be 3.95 euros.

The changes will cost 5.95 euros in which we will send you the label for the return of the product and the exchange will leave with a refund of 5.95 euros
